Our Villa Demolition process

Phase 5: Waste Segregation and Recycling. All demolition waste is sorted on-site into separate streams: concrete, steel, timber, and general waste. Concrete is crushed on-site for reuse as backfill material where the project specifications allow. Steel is transported to DM-registered recycling yards. Our average waste diversion rate from landfill is 87%, which reduces disposal costs and minimizes the environmental footprint of the project.

Phase 6: Site Grading and Final Inspection. Once the structure is fully removed, the site is graded to the specified level and prepared for the next construction phase.
